I’m Abigail, my preferred name is Abigail, but if you choose to call me Abi, I won’t get offended as long as you spell it right: A -B – I. Now that we got that out of the way, a little bit about me:
- I love TV
- Reality Shows – Bachelor franchise, 90-Day Fiancé (if you’re not watching this, what are you doing?), & basically everything on Bravo
- Netflix – name a show, I’ve probably seen it
- HBO – too many series to list
- Brunch is my fav, especially if it’s boozy
- I’m a tea connoisseur. Just kidding, I gave up coffee September 2019 due to anxiety and since have grown a new love for tea
- I enjoy napping
- Therapy has changed my life
- Trader Joe’s is one of my happy places
- I am an indecisive person
- I am forever grateful for the support of my family and friends
In all seriousness, I reached a breaking point which resulted in severe anxiety and panic attacks. I struggle with anxiety in my daily life, but it’s all the little and big things above that help me overcome it. Of course, some days are easier than others, but it’s the progress I’ve made that gives me the strength to know that everything will be okay. My goal for this blog is to have a place to write about my feelings and to connect with all of you.
